OverviewIndependent Artist Group (IAG) is seeking a Contract Administrator to work within the Contracts Department, specifically supporting Music and Comedy Touring.DutiesIssue contracts and supporting documents to promoter companies and venuesProcess incoming contracts and payments negotiated by APA for our Music and Comedy Touring DepartmentsMonitor clients’ deals to ensure all signed paperwork and payments are collected, and APA’s commissions are processedData entry for each contract into our booking systemInteract with agents and their internal teams to ensure clear, correct communication regarding the status of contracts, deposits, settlements and client payments/invoicesProvide clerical assistance to the department as neededSkills And QualificationsCommunicates complex information simplyProficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Google DriveStrong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who can learn processing systems, assume responsibility, and work independentlyExcellent written and oral communication skills in order to work with promoters and vendors.
