How You’ll CREATE • Maintaining high-demand schedules and calendars • Extensive individual and group travel booking, coordination and creating travel itineraries • Invoicing and communicating directly with vendors for payment processing • Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring that the correct coding is used; resolve payment issues • Regular meeting prep and coordination including meeting of guests, food ordering, setting up meeting rooms and presentations, document prep and organization as directed, occasional meeting coverage and note taking • Meeting of guests and help with general queries • Provide best in class hospitality and high level of service to guests to ensure a feeling of welcome and comfort. Bring Your VIBE • Possess strong attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to balance and prioritize, work under high pressure and speed • Flexible with the ability to easily adapt to change • Multi-task and have excellent follow-through • Strong technical skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Photoshop a plus • Ability to learn new software programs as necessary • Maintain discretion and keep information highly confidential • Interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels, including Executive Management as well as external partners and clients • Overtime/accessibility on nights and weekends as needed • Prior experience in or exposure to Music or Entertainment industry • 2 +years of relevant assistance experience in entertainment Join an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day.
