The Music Operations Coordinator will provide operational and customer service support for the School of Music's instrument and equipment resources. Knowledge of FERPA regulations.Knowledge of basic office and inventory management practices.Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.Knowledge of musical instruments.Ability to learn and use university systems and software.
