Description Loyola University New Orleans is seeking an experienced teacher, musician, conductor, and colleague who displays innovative approaches to educational pedagogy and ensemble conducting, to serve as the Conductor of Wind Bands and Coordinator within the School of Music & Theatre Professions. Supervising and fostering opportunities for student conductors, both in rehearsal and concert settings Additional Duties: Administrative leadership of the Band Program, including the faculty and events of the applied studios in the wind and percussion areas, as well as oversight of band office work study students. Manage instrument inventory, band library, and other management/administrative duties of the Band Program. The successful candidate will start on August 1, 2025. That report includes current policies and procedures of the University Police Department for the reporting of campus crimes, notifying the campus community of occurrence of campus crimes, policies regarding access to campus buildings, the enforcement authority of the University Police Officers and their relationship to local police.
