This individual will be focused on assisting the Copyright team on the resolution of copyright conflicts for Songtrust and Downtown Music Publishing catalog. What you'll do: • Manage and monitor the counterclaim email inbox, providing daily support and timely responses • Support the direct manager on projects related to copyright conflict resolution • Monitor and resolve counterclaims for high-streaming works within the Songtrust catalog across global pay sources • Partner with the Client Services team and clients to review counterclaims and obtain supporting documentation • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed to support team You are / have: • 0-1 year of professional work experience; ideally on the administrative side of music publishing • A critical thinking problem-solver with a passion for publishing administration and data • Self starter that enjoys taking proactively seeking solutions and jump starting initiatives • Curious. The pay rate for this position is $18/hr.
