To this end, the professional chorister will provide vocal leadership in the adult choir at rehearsals and during church services under the direction of the choirmaster, all the while exemplifying appropriate rehearsal etiquette. • Knowledge and appreciation of classical and traditional church music. • Because the paid chorister’s voice is so necessary to the success of the choir, absences should be limited to four Sundays per year. Maintain collegial relationships with all choristers, paid or unpaid. • Strive to maintain a Christ-like attitude at all times, showing respect and support for the community of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
