As an Instrument Maintenance Technician, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, initiative to identify and resolve issues, and the ability to effectively communicate and train others on products and techniques. You will interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience, service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
