Join our dynamic team as a Creative Music Producer, where your musical vision and leadership will shape exciting projects. In this role, you will:

Arrange and enhance musical compositions, overseeing recording sessions and offering valuable suggestions for instrumentation, effects, and lyrics. Lead and collaborate with mixing, mastering, and recording engineers to create high-quality music products. Gather inspiration and develop compelling visions for various projects, ensuring each one stands out. Manage project budgets effectively while handling contracts and negotiations with expertise. Create detailed production timelines and coordinate advertiser-supplied products and assets for seamless integrations. Maintain up-to-date internal workflow and tracking documents to ensure project progress is visible and transparent. Log and archive all produced content meticulously, ensuring easy retrieval and organization. Edit and prepare music clips for integrated content, uploading them onto the company's website. Collaborate closely with network or studio scheduling teams to track the delivery and air/publish dates of upcoming integrated content. Provide support to the team on all integrations and proposals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
