Streaming & playlist reporting Gathering information for Hit List Playlist creation and updates Streaming account marketing (Spotify Artist Pick, Pandora AMP) Assist team with miscellaneous needs / asset gathering Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across Instagram and TikTok Organize creative assets for easy team assets Research and compile data on audience growth, engagement and reach to identify what’s working Manage fan accounts for key Re:Think artists MCA: Digital Marketing (Onsite: TN) How You’ll CREATE We are the digital marketing team! Help to edit video content for short‑form platforms and posting on social pages Help with additional assets as requested Daily internet sweep and compilation of what's going on in the digital space in a recap for the digital team Assist the entire digital team, including the SVP, Senior Director, and all digital leads on projects as needed Join brainstorms and be engaged, suggesting new ideas MCA: Media/Publicity (Onsite: TN) How You’ll CREATE The PR & Media team at MCA is responsible for building and managing the public profile of our artists and the label.
