The ideal musical director is prepared and eager to be a role model within their field, for the Center of Arts & Culture, and the JCC as a whole. Experience and a love for teaching children of all ages, as well as extensive experience in their art form, is imperative. Must attend necessary production meetings as well as tech week rehearsals for the production. • A minimum of 2 years prior experience teaching and/or musical directing (experience with school aged students preferred).
