As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the repair and maintenance of stringed instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in guitar repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions • Service and maintain stringed instruments using advanced techniques and equipment • Assist in maintaining store inventory and troubleshooting issues • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: • Main Requirements: Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, ability to work accurately and efficiently • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
