Customer Service Rep-Musicians Wanted

MetroMinn LLC is seeking motivated, music-gear enthusiasts to join our growing Customer Service and Operations team in Eden Prairie, MN, supporting customers of American Musical Supply . We want to fill it with the best and brightest to take our Customer Service to the next level. Requirements: • Knowledge of current Musical Instrument, Pro Audio, DJ and Accessory products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented • Willingness to learn new programs and systems / multitasking on a computer • Available to work evenings (11:30a-8p) and weekends (8a-4:30p) Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years customer service experience preferred • Fluent in English, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Benefits: • Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision) • 401(k) with company match after 1 year • Employee discounts on new music gear • Free, state-of-the-art gym on location
