Customer Service Rep - Musicians Wanted!

For over 30 years, American Musical Supply has been the trusted choice of musicians across the country for instruments and music gear. We’re looking for passionate gear enthusiasts and musicians to join our Customer Service team in Eden Prairie, MN.

Signing Bonus $500 ($250 after first 3 months, $250 after 6 months of employment)

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone, email, and chatHelp customers navigate accounts and place online ordersConfidently de‑escalate complex or tense customer situationsProcess product returns and exchanges, setting clear and accurate expectationsRespond to shipping inquiries and order status questionsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and exceed customer expectationsDocument all customer interactions with thorough and accurate notesRequirements and Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of: Musical instruments, Pro audio and DJ equipment, Home recording software and gear, Related accessoriesExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to quickly learn new systems, software, and toolsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAvailability to work evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentFluent in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a plusBenefits:
