Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Meridian Winds is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the front line of our shop, you’ll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming experience for musicians, educators, and families.
Starting Pay: $15/hour
Responsibilities:
Assist clients at the front counter with purchases, drop offs, and general inquiriesAnswer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member if neededStock and organize retail shelves and displaysPack and ship online orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workspaceWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skillsOrganized, detail oriented, and reliableComfortable in a team oriented environmentMusical background required, preferably with wind instrumentsThis is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities to grow within a team of professional technicians serving musicians at all levels.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
