We are looking to fill a Customer Service Technician position. The Customer Service Technician reports to the Director of Sales and serves as the primary day-to-day inbound communications contact for Seymour Duncan and as the technical point of contact for various departments within Seymour Duncan. • Assist with Custom Shop and direct-to-consumer orders processing and support • Identify opportunities for support related online customer and dealer content • Actively participate in the creation of a knowledge database
