Our DO must be up to the challenge of leading a diverse group of people in wide-ranging roles, weaving together the talents and expertise of many to deliver success for the Dakota as a whole. Most importantly, the DO is the cultural leader of our business and must provide respectful, inspirational, and values-based leadership to the entire Dakota team. Music venue experience a plus. Experience managing HR in restaurants and/or music venues.
