Job Description : • Quality Control review of uploaded documents • Designate Check Statuses into Fund System • Enter Report Summary information • Process remittance reports of both numeric and alpha numeric data • Research and resolve various remittance report issues • Contact Employers via Phone or Email Job Qualifications : • High School Graduate required; Associates degree preferred • 1 2 years working experience in an administrative, customer service or other related position • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/O365, PDF applications • Proficient data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes per/hour) • Proficient math skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communications skills The pay range for this role is: 20 - 22 USD per hour(Fund Office)
