DC ASSOCIATE

The Position: The DC Associate will be responsible for a wide range of physically demanding warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and picking and packing products from small parts to master cartons, by hand, pallet jack and forklift. Electric and non-electric Pallet Jack operation Comfortable with climbing staircase ladders up to 12 feet To be proficient in basic Math problems Good memory and attention to detail Self- starter with the ability to complete tasks with and without direct supervision Able to communicate clearly with employees and customers Experience Level: 1+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Associate or equivalent work experience Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Support and coordinate work efforts with other employees, locations and leadership Supportive approach, strong work ethic, and personable Work Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance using proper lifting techniques and/or with assistance of a pallet jack Comfortable working on a 12-foot ladder Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Comfortable working in various temperatures The Music People, a division of JAM Industries, encourages a casual and friendly environment.
