Developing Young Musicians in a Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities • Design and implement lesson plans aligned with standards and assessments to gauge student comprehension. • Participate in bi-weekly coaching meetings to improve teaching practices and classroom management. • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive learning environment. • Execute school-based duties such as student conferences, arrival and dismissal, transitions, lunch duty, and other tasks assigned by the school leadership team.
