The Development team oversees a wide range of initiatives, including capacity-building for corporate partnerships, individual donor fundraising, foundation and grants, fundraising events, and lead development in local and expansion markets. This is a full-time position based in Nashville, with a starting annual salary of $45,000. Development & Fundraising Support • Support the Development Department across all fundraising initiatives and priorities • Maintain pipelines for new and existing donors and partners • Assist with lead management and analysis of fundraising and engagement data Project Management & Operations • Provide project management support by creating and maintaining timelines, calendars, and fulfillment documents in ClickUp • Track deliverables and support execution across multiple concurrent projects Qualifications: • 1-3 years experience in an office setting, preferably in business development, non-profit fundraising or related roles, or strong internship experience • Disciplined self-starter who can set and achieve goals with a passion for and interest in learning more about the nonprofit and development worlds • Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure • Commitment to our organizational values (visit musiciansoncall.org/values for more info) • Ability to think critically to build tools to fit an organization’s needs in a timely manner • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently • Proficiency in using Google Workspace • Experience using Salesforce preferred • Experience working with ClickUp or other project management tools preferred • Willingness to work irregular hours occasionally and travel as needed
