Reports to Director of Development Every year, more than 500 young musicians from across San Antonio come together to make music, build confidence, and find a sense of belonging. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Manager manages YOSA’s portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government grants and supports donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities that celebrate and sustain YOSA’s mission. This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career professional who loves both writing and relationship building, and who finds joy in connecting stories, data, and community impact to inspire generosity. · Maintain accurate donor and grant records in YOSA’s database; ensure data integrity and timely gift processing.
