The Development Manager's primary responsibility is to plan and executive a program to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and funders to YMCO to support the educational programs and mission. The Development Manager is a frontline fundraiser who will work with a range of donors, individual and institutional, to build the organization’s activities and systems to support a thriving philanthropic program. • Work collaboratively with the President & Artistic Director, Finance & Operation Manager, the Board of Directors, YMCO staff, the faculty, alums, and parents to fulfill philanthropic goals and objectives. • Experience working with Boards, volunteers, and donors. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with responsibilities and experience, with a salary range of $65,000-85,000 (50% time).
