* PAID INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY - (option to be fully remote if located outside of Nashville, TN)Digital Marketing Intern (4 openings, part time)We're looking for four Digital Marketing Interns to join our digital team and get hands-on experience across everything it takes to market artists today. You'll help build and grow artist HQ accounts and fan community and content accounts, create short-form video, support campaigns and reporting, and jump into whatever creative side quests come up across the roster. No two weeks look the same. You'll learn how digital strategy is planned, executed and measured in a fast-paced artist management environment, and how artists connect with fans online.What you'll doAccounts: help create and grow artist HQ accounts and fan community and content accounts across Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube Shorts, and help launch new onesContent: shoot photo and video, and edit live, archival, behind-the-scenes and fan footage into short-form contentCommunity and trends: engage with fans and spot trends, sounds and formats worth jumping onCampaigns: support release rollouts, creator outreach and paid media campaignsReporting: track growth and help pull together weekly artist reports and digital recapsSide quests: pitch in on whatever marketing projects come up, from tour and press moments to one-off creative ideasEach intern works across everything but leans into a focus area, so the four of you cover the whole team and everyone gets real hands-on work.
