Working in close collaboration with A&R and other key AWAL creative and commercial teams, you will be the main partner and champion for a roster 15-20 early stage and developing artists partnering with them on creative and strategic marketing plans and content strategies that focus on telling artists’ stories and growing their fanbases while also supporting the operational elements of their releases. • Maintain and build a network of external partners such as content producers, creators, social strategists, marketing agencies, and publicists that you hire and directly manage on campaigns. Who you are: • 6-8 years experience in a marketing or digital marketing role at a music company with a successful track record working closely with artists across multiple genres.
