Help maintain compliance for any changes to employment law Provide guidance to management on all policy and procedure interpretation, Proactively oversee Employee Relations efforts Implement, maintain, and evolve employment policies and procedures and ensures that all government requirements (Federal, State, and local), filings, postings, and laws are current for each location Lead and facilitate talent assessments, performance reviews, succession planning process, and internal benchmarking Serve as the main HR partner for Contact Center Leadership, keeping in regular communication to: Understand key People and business trends Partner on HR issues and topics Support, challenge, and coach leadership to build capacity to manage talent aspects of the business in a way that is aligned with culture and company practices Support Contact Center leadership in managing their teams Represent the employee and on-site perspective to drive and shape decisions, initiatives and approaches that make sense for Contact Center population(s) Understand key people and business Partner on HR issues and topics. Minimum Qualification HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
