Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in music commerce, digital sales, or streaming partnerships at a record label, distributor, or digital platform • Strong knowledge of the global streaming ecosystem, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube • Experience developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies for music releases • Existing relationships with digital retail and platform editorial teams preferred • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and consumption insights into actionable strategy • Strong communication and relationship-management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Passion for music and a strong understanding of global music culture, particularly within the 88rising community • Bachelor's degree required The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $140,000.
