Director of Bands

Provides senior-level leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the university band program. Establishes long-term vision, strategic priorities, and organizational goals for program excellence and growth. Develops, mentors, and leads a high-performing team including associate directors, administrative staff, and contracted coaches. Delegates operational, instructional, and creative responsibilities while maintaining oversight and providing strategic guidance. Seven years of progressive experience in collegiate band programs, including significant leadership and program management experience.
