Director of Business Intelligence

Must-Haves / Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, business intelligence, or a related field • Advanced SQL; experience with modern BI tools and cloud warehouses • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in enterprise BI tools • Strong foundation in customer analytics (segmentation, LTV, churn, experimentation) • Familiarity with SaaS or platform metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention) preferred • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate clearly at all levels CD Baby is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace in which all employees have an opportunity to participate and contribute to the success of the business and are valued for their skills, experience, and unique perspectives.
