Reporting to the Executive Director, this person is responsible for leadership and oversight of receiving and allocating all contribution payments, musician engagement detail and agreement information, customer service management and document and data entry and processing and accounting functions. They must be able to quickly become knowledgeable about AFM-EPF’s work, and be able to work in a collegial, supportive, and direct manner with their three direct reports and the supervisor in a spirit of mutual trust. · Oversee the maintenance of the Fund’s database of collective bargaining agreements requiring contributions to the Fund · Oversee the distribution and execution of finance department mail · 10-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and customer service
