Director of Fundraising

The Director of Fundraising will lead the organization’s fundraising efforts from individuals (non-corporate donors), providing vision and strategy in order to grow the organization’s donor base and exceed its revenue goals. This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Nashville, TN and salary is starting at $75,000. • ​​Work closely with the marketing team to create a comprehensive communications plan and execute successful fundraising events. Minimum Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising • Proven track record of success in growing fundraising revenue • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluent in Salesforce and other fundraising software The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
