Director of Music

Religious | Presbyterian Church in America The Director of Music will lead and develop a Christ-centered, theologically rich music ministry that glorifies God and strengthens congregational worship. This role involves planning and leading worship services, coordinating special services, and overseeing all musical aspects of worship. The director should be deeply rooted in Christian faith, possess strong musical and leadership abilities, and demonstrate a heart for worship that is in keeping with Covenant's principles for worship: word-centered, grace-filled, historic and hospitable, forming and sending. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with pastoral staff to plan biblically grounded, theologically rich worship services. Experience leading music in a church setting Ability to affirm and support the church’s vision and theological standards (e.g., Westminster Confession of Faith or PCA doctrinal standards).
