Job Summary The Director of Music is responsible for developing and leading a spirit-filled music ministry to enhance Sunday services. The director will also meet regularly with the pastor and church leadership to prepare for worship experiences. Duties • Lead and conduct rehearsals, ensuring that all musicians (instrumentalist and vocalist) understand their parts and are prepared for performances. • Select appropriate repertoire that aligns with the organization's mission and audience expectations.
