Director of Music

Pioneer Ocean View United Church of Christ — a progressive, multicultural, LGBTQIA+ open and affirming congregation with a stunning view of Mission Bay in San Diego —is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Director of Music to help us connect with God, each other, and the world through music. About the Role: This is a part-time position (approx. 10–12 hrs/week) focused on planning and leading music for worship services in collaboration with our Pastor. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with church leadership and the worship team on a weekly basis This is a non-exempt position with compensation commensurate with experience.
