The Director of Music reports directly to the pastor and is expected to work with other members of the parish as needed. Collaborate with the pastor, staff, and lay leadership in promoting the mission of the parish. Personally responsible for playing for Sunday Holy Mass at 11 AM. Responsible for developing a Children’s Choir in accordance with our Pastoral Plan. Proficient in Catholic liturgical principles; thorough understanding of the musical, liturgical, and pastoral judgements which must be made in selecting liturgical music.
