Christ The King Baptist Church is seeking a visionary Director of Music & Fine Arts to lead our worship ministry into its next season of growth and impact. We are seeking an experienced ministry leader who can inspire worship, develop people, build systems, and cultivate a culture of excellence across our music and fine arts ministries. Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, the Director of Music & Fine Arts will oversee all choirs, musicians, worship teams, and music ministry operations while providing strategic leadership for the future growth of worship and creative arts at Christ The King. What You'll Do Provide Vision for Worship Lead the planning and execution of worship music that reflects both the rich heritage of the church and contemporary expressions that engage multiple generations.
