Director of Music

The ideal candidate is a Spirit-filled person with proficiency in both organ and piano, a strong understanding of Lutheran liturgy, and the ability to work collaboratively with the pastor and volunteers. Worship Planning & Leadership: Collaborate with the Pastor and the Worship and Music Committee to select music (hymns, liturgy, anthems, etc.) Manage the music program budget and submit requests for supplies or new music to the appropriate committee or council. Experience in conducting vocal ensembles/choirs and leading congregational singing. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and positively with the pastor, staff, and volunteers.
