Ascension Episcopal Church in Stillwater, MN, is seeking an Interim Choirmaster-Organist. While organist skills are strongly preferred, if you’re an excellent choir director and pianist, and willing to develop organist skills, we want to talk to you! We are seeking a partnership of up to 18 months, with someone who: • works with us to plan beautiful, relational, and vibrant worship, • challenges, inspires, and teaches us, • honors and maintains existing musical relationships and helps us build new ones. • a music budget of $3000-$5000 per year. Our Interim will have the opportunity to apply for the permanent position; a three-month severance package will be offered in the event our Interim is not selected for the permanent position, along with reasonable accommodation for a flexible end of employment date.
