June 10, 2026 Position Summary The Director of Music Ministry is responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the parish music program in both English and Spanish. This position reports directly to the Director of the Office for Worship. Successful Candidates Will: • Be practicing Catholics in good standing (Safe Environment approved) • Demonstrate a deep appreciation for the role of sacred music in worship • Exhibit strong pastoral leadership, initiative, and organizational/executive skills • Foster and inspire a spirit of prayer, participation, and excellence among music ministers • Collaborate effectively with clergy, staff, and the parish worship team • Set and implement short- and long-term goals for the music ministry • Show creativity and a commitment to ongoing musical, liturgical, and professional development Qualifications • Master's degree in music or a related field preferred; or a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
