Full Time Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate music for weekend Masses and special liturgies/events • Lead and direct three choirs (mixed, treble, bass) • Hire and oversee professional singers, cantors, and instrumentalists • Maintain music library and manage Music Ministry budget • Provide music for weddings and funerals • Prepare weekly leaflet • Collaborate with other ministries, churches, and organizations Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s in music, Master’s preferred • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in a similar role • Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and conduct choirs in worship; Expertise in organ and keyboard performance; knowledge of Catholic Church music repertoire in varying forms and styles; Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
