About Our Church We are a place where anyone is welcome to experience and share in the love of Christ. • Talk with the Senior Pastor to develop a vision and worship style for the music team. • Develops song lists based on sermon topics, church worship style, and diverse cultures of the congregation, utilizing creativity to combine classical, traditional, contemporary, gospel, and emerging Christian music • Work with the Pastor, leadership, and music team to plan weekly worship services. • Provides sheet music and tablature for musicians • Directs and conducts musicians and singers during worship services • Facilitate involvement of additional song leaders and ensemble vocalists • Exhibit ability in instrumentation and chord chart utilization • Assist with liturgical transitions as assigned by church leadership • Hosts concerts or musical training.
