Develops song lists based on sermon topics, church worship style, and diverse cultures of the congregation, utilizing creativity to combine classical, traditional, contemporary, gospel, and emerging Christian music Work with the Pastor, leadership, and music team to plan weekly worship services. Provides sheet music and tablature for musicians Directs and conducts musicians and singers during worship services Facilitate involvement of additional song leaders and ensemble vocalists Exhibit ability in instrumentation and chord chart utilization Assist with liturgical transitions as assigned by church leadership Hosts concerts or musical training.
