Key responsibilities: Lead choir(s), handbells, and instrumental ensemblesCollaborate with the pastor and worship team to select hymns, choral, and instrumental musicConduct regular rehearsals and mentor musicians of varying skill levelsPlan and provide music for worship services, Advent, Lent and other special occasionsOversee music library, instruments, and budget planningCoordinate guest musicians, workshops, and special music programs HOURS: Part-time
