Director of Music Ministry

Our mission is to gather as God’s family to worship, grow in faith, and support one another with Christ‑centered love.

The Director of Music Ministry will direct choirs, handbells, and instrumental groups coordinating music that enhances worship services and special church events. this role is ideal for someone who loves blending traditional and contemporary sacred music, enjoys working with people of all ages, and is passionate about using music to deepen the worship experience.

Key responsibilities:

Lead choir(s), handbells, and instrumental ensemblesCollaborate with the pastor and worship team to select hymns, choral, and instrumental musicConduct regular rehearsals and mentor musicians of varying skill levelsPlan and provide music for worship services, Advent, Lent and other special occasionsOversee music library, instruments, and budget planningCoordinate guest musicians, workshops, and special music programs

HOURS: Part-time

Part-time of 20 hours per week, (seasonal flexibility around holidays)

COMPENSATION – Negotiable based on experience
