Director of Music Opportunity

Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Austin is seeking an interim Director of Music to steward a vibrant, Christ-centered music ministry until the arrival of our next Chief Musician. This full-time position provides an opportunity to continue strong musical expression of the congregation, causing the Word of God to dwell richly through songs, hymns, and spiritual songs. The interim Director of Music will assist with key aspects of the church's musical life, especially planning the liturgical calendar and directing the choir. The goal is to foster an environment of excellence and worship for the community. Although we are currently seeking an interim position, the successful candidate is also welcome to apply for the permanent position once that search begins.
