Director of Music: Organist/Choir Director

The Episcopal Church of the Incarnation in Santa Rosa, California, seeks a Director of Music to lead our adult Parish Choir, play organ and piano for worship, and partner with the rector in service planning. We are a healthy, multigenerational parish (average Sunday attendance 157) with a strong love of music, a Casavant pipe organ, and a Parish Choir of about 15 volunteer singers who vest and sing from the chancel September through May. We value musical excellence, yet we prioritize the participation of all. We seek a musician who combines skill at the keyboard, in choral direction, and in liturgical planning with the warmth, patience, and pastoral instincts that ministry with volunteer musicians asks for.
