Director of School of Music and Orchestra

Schedule Type: Full Time (37.5 hrs per week or more) Reporting to the ICCA Executive Director, the successful candidate will possess academic and administrative experience and significant achievements as a music performer/orchestra director. Job Duties: • Lead the faculty, staff, and students of the School of Music in a way that cultivates excellence and furthers the vision of the school and the ICCA. - (Essential) • Represent the School of Music within the Institute of Creative and Collaborative Arts; College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences; the University, and the larger community. - (Essential) • Manage and mentor personnel to promote individual professional development and a collaborative culture among faculty, staff, and students.
