Director of School of Music and Orchestra

Schedule Type: Full Time (37.5 hrs per week or more) In addition to administrative duties for the School of Music, the successful candidate will serve as Director of Orchestras and should have significant experience working with all levels of student musicians. Reporting to the ICCA Executive Director, the successful candidate will possess academic and administrative experience and significant achievements as a music performer/orchestra director. Job Duties: • % - Lead the faculty, staff, and students of the School of Music in a way that cultivates excellence and furthers the vision of the school and the ICCA. - (Essential) • % - Manage and mentor personnel to promote individual professional development and a collaborative culture among faculty, staff, and students.
