Qualifications • Have completed a doctoral degree at the time of appointment or demonstrate a record of equivalent teaching experience and creative activity • Hold a record of successful university-level teaching experience and proven artistry as a professional conductor • Demonstrate strong commitment to the recruitment of outstanding students • Demonstrate a proven commitment to creating an environment which contributes to the university community and engages students and citizens
