Purpose of Position: To plan, coordinate and lead the weekly ministry for Refuge Bible Church Our desire as a church is to magnify the greatness of Christ by responding to the truth of the gospel. Refuge Bible is growing in need and desire and a part-time worship leader is needed to continue to lead us to the response of the Gospel through worship and mission. Weekly Planning & Preparation (4 hours per week) c. Ministry Development (5-7 hours per week)
