Trinity Lutheran Church, located in North Branch, MN, is hiring a director of Worship and Music to help lead us in our vision to be “a place known for feeding people’s souls through excellence in shared word and music.” Our community of worship participants encompasses young and old, Lutherans and non-Lutherans, some with long rich worship traditions and those with little or no tradition, those... that desire formality and those that want a less formal experience, those who love the old hymns and the organ and those who like new songs and a variety of instruments. To do this we are seeking a person who has gifts and skills that include – leadership, creative worship development and musical performance. In addition to piano, other instrumental skills such as guitar, organ and drums would also be considered. This is a 30 hour a week position with paid time off and a competitive salary.
