The Director will shepherd the Worship Director of Worship & Music ● Help integrate worship with other aspects of the service (communion, baptism, prayer ministry, etc.) ● A shepherd’s heart with emotional and spiritual maturity ● Minimum 3-5 years experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting
